Our story
Recognising the growing demand for an independent boutique provider in Luxembourg, the founders of White Oak initiated the regulatory approval process with the CSSF in 2017.
In July 2018, White Oak received authorisation from the Luxembourg Minister of Finance to provide:
- Corporate domiciliation services, including bookkeeping
- Company incorporation and corporate management services
- Family office services
Since then, the firm has expanded its offering to include central administration services, investor servicing and fund administration activities.
