Christian is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial and corporate services industry. His career spans leadership roles within banks, PSFs and fiduciary service providers, where he has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, governance discipline and client‑focused delivery.
Christian began his career in 1991 in the banking sector, holding management positions at Bank of Tokyo‑Mitsubishi (Luxembourg) S.A. and Natexis Banque (Luxembourg) S.A. He was responsible for regulatory reporting, financial controls, consolidated statements and back‑office operations, and played a key role in the implementation of major accounting systems, including Midas and Actor. These early roles established his deep technical foundation in financial administration and regulatory frameworks.
In 2000, Christian transitioned into senior management within regulated corporate service providers. As Managing Director of Maitland Asset Management (Luxembourg) SA, he was approved by the CSSF and oversaw private banking, asset management and trust activities, while supervising corporate accounting, back‑office functions and client relationships. From 2010 to 2024, he served as Managing Director and Conducting Officer of Altum Luxembourg S.A., where he led corporate administration, trust services, HR, general affairs, compliance and IT coordination. He acted as a central point of contact for international clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and robust governance standards.
Since 2024, Christian has been the Managing Partner of C.T.A. & Holdings Sàrl, providing directorship and consultancy services to corporate groups, investment structures and family offices. He brings a pragmatic leadership style, strong organisational capabilities and a long‑standing commitment to quality and integrity. Fluent in English, he is recognised for his reliability, adaptability and ability to navigate complex operational and regulatory environments.
